These Terms & Conditions apply to all online orders, delivery & returns.

Placing An Order

If you wish to purchase any Mrs Bead products you can do so in our online shop which is powered by the Woocommerce WordPress Plugin. Choose the product you require then click the “add to cart” button. You will then be directed to your shopping basket where you will be able to specify quantities, return to this website or continue to checkout.  


You can make a payment using Paypal and you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account via the Paypal link. Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in our privacy policy.

Stock Availability

We try to ensure that all items on the website are in stock although inevitably sometimes we do run out of stock of some items. When we sell out of a product we will either remove it from the website or mark it on the website as “OUT OF STOCK”.


Some of our products are made to order but we aim to dispatch all goods within 48 hours of your order being placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) via Royal Mail post. If you require your order urgently (within 3 days, excluding weekends and bank holidays) please choose the relevant postage option at checkout. Please note that requesting next day delivery does NOT guarantee same day postage but please give us a call or send an email if you have specific requirements you wish to discuss. There are times when our shop may be closed (e.g. for holiday periods) but we will notify you of this on the main shop page. If you place an order during this time it will be processed when the shop re-opens. Please check your order immediately upon arrival.

Remittance Terms

All goods remain the property of Mrs Bead until paid for.

Use of Voucher Codes

When a voucher code is used the value will be deducted from you order.  Any goods which are returned, faulty or otherwise, for a refund voids the voucher if the threshold value of the voucher is met.  Any monies to be refunded will have the the value of the voucher deducted from this.

Faulty Goods

If you find your goods to be faulty we will send you replacement goods at our cost. Please notify us of any issues within 28 days so that we can resolve any issues quickly. We will ask you to place the send the faulty goods back we will also refund the return postage.

Return of Unwanted Goods

If you wish to return any non-faulty products after receiving your parcel you will need to pay the postage costs back to us. We will be happy to exchange the items. You will be required to pay for the postage charge for the replacement goods. We are happy to exchange/refund goods up to 28 days after purchase. All goods must be returned in original packaging. ​


We are unable to guarantee complete continuity throughout all of our handpicked and packed kits and the contents and colour of contents may vary slightly. Customers should also note that due to the nature of different internet browsers and monitor settings, certain colours may appear slightly different in tone to their true colouring. This is unavoidable, but we are happy to issue a refund if you are unhappy with anything you purchase from us at www.mrsbead.co.uk
